Laura W. Pierce

Laura Pierce is director of Little River Inn Rug Camp. A fourth generation rug hooker, she teaches Traditional Rug Hooking in Sonoma County and is past President of the Wine Country Rug Hookers, an ATHA guild in Santa Rosa, California. Her rugs, 'Little Mabel', '3 Padulas', 'Little Blue Heron', 'Emmy' & 'Will & Kirby' were selected for Celebration XIV, XV, XVI, XVIII & XIX. Laura's rugs range in style from whimsical to realistic. Her Catalog of Patterns and Kits from the 'House of two Studios' includes her designs and those of Emma Webber's, her mother and mentor. As a member of the Pearl K McGown Hookrafters Guild, Laura is McGown Accredited and attends Teachers' Workshop in Eugene, Oregon each year. She also enjoys her membership in the Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild & the Northwest Rug Hookers.
